First up is the wide selection of stores that DistroKid uploads to. All stores are selected by default, but if you don’t want to upload your music to a specific platform, here is where you’ll deselect it.
Select how many songs you are intending to upload, hit yes or no to tell DistroKid whether your song has been previously released or not and then enter your artist name.

Now it’s time to fill out your track information. Select the Language, Genre, give your Track a Name and anys any other questions on the page. If your song is a Cover, click the “Another artist wrote it” option and fill out the information needed. Then choose your Track Files. (Prefered format WAV for maximum quality)

The next step in uploading your music is adding your project’s artwork. The image should be square and preferably at this size: 3000 pixels wide by 3000 pixels height. The recommended format is .jpg
